Along with new the launch of new Mountain Lion Preview 4, Apple also launched new iOS 6 for developers at Worldwide Developer's Conference. Users will need to wait for more couple of months to get this update on their iPhone 3GS or iPhone 4s including devices running on iOS 4 such as iPod Touch and iPad. This new huge upgrade consists of more than 100 new features including New Siri Voice Assistant, new 3D Maps with Turn-by-Turn navigation, new Safari Browser, Facebook Integration and the brand new Passbook (E-ticketing App).

Apple has made its Voice Assistant Siri much smarter than before as she understand 10 more languages including English, French, German and Japanese. It can now launch applications on speaking the name of that application, you can post updates, images, links on facebook with the help of Siri. It also helps you in navigation.

Facebook Integration is the major update than by Apple in iOS 6 (similarly as it was done with Twitter in iOS 5). You don’t need to open any facebook application on your iOS 6 based iPhones for posting updates and all. Just click on Tap to Post on the home screen and post anything directly from the notification Center.

Other important features included in iOS 6 are such as Improved Safari browser with Offline Reading support and great performance, Do Not Disturb features that makes youir phone to not to wake up at night if there is any call or notification, Large Screen, Eyes Free, and many more features.
