Just before a day of the Amazing Spider Man movie release, the game manufacturer, Gameloft has announced to launch the game on Android and iOS device including iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. The game will hit App Store and Google play on 28th June. As of now they have just launched the trailor of the game to describe little about the same. Have a look:
