The new Float Tab X78 is also a mid range tablet pc available at just Rs 6,999/- with Android Ics Cream Sandwich OS. It is a 7inch tablet with Capacitive Touch Screen display offering 800 x 480 pixel resolution. As per the power and performance, that devices runs on Boxchip A13 1.5 Ghz processor with 512MB RAM and Mali 400 350 MHz GPU. Seems good for multitasking and gaming. Though missing the rear camera there is a 2 MP front facing camera that can be used from Video calling or Video Conferencing. Swipe Float Tab X78 tablet comes with builtin 8GB storage and can be expanded upto 32GB using external memory card.

Swipe Telecom has launched three new tablet PCs in India including India’s first ever 3D Tablet called Swipe 3D Life Tab X74. The tab is now available in India at just Rs 5,999. Running on Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, it is powered with Allwinner A13 Cortex A8 1. 5GHZ processor along with 512 MB DDR3 Ram and high-end Mali-400 GPU. The tab has a 7inch capacitive touchscreen display offering 800 x 480 pixels resolution. Other than this there is a 2.0 MegaPixel rear camera able to capture high quality images at 1600 x 1200 resolutions.

The tablet is powered by 3800 mAh battery allowing to use your tablet for about 5 hours in one charge. Indian manufacturer Micromax is very well known for its smartphones and a tablet (Funbook). They have launched many low budget smartphones but with good configurations and durable. Now they are back again with new concept. Today Micromax launched its first Solar Panel powered Dual SIM phone - Micromax X259.

With the help of built in Solar Panel, phone gets charged automatically by just exposing to the sunlight. Users don’t need to charge it with electricity unless and until they need heavy usage. As Micromax says, you can use the phone upto 1.5 hours by charging it for 3 hours in sunlight. That is pretty good for the people living in Indian rural area where there are still electricity problems.

According to Micromax Co-Founder Mr. Rahul Sharma, “We have been at the forefront of innovation. We have introduced many categories into this competitive Industry be it long battery life phones or dual SIM phones. With the introduction of this our intent is to get rid of the mobile phone charger by including a solar panel on the device itself”. Micromax X259 seems a very normal mobile phone for day to day use such as receiving and making phone calls, and Sms. But it still has useful features including VGA camera, GPRS, Bluetooth and Mi-Zone/Mi-Store. The Micromax X259 is now available the price of just 2,499/-.

Samsung unveils its new Ice Cream Sandwich device but this time with QWERT keypad specially designed for Social Network lovers. Hence Samsung as pre-loaded its own multi network based ChatON communication messenger that can be launched with a dedicated key.

Running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, Galaxy Chat features a 3-inch capacitive touchscreen with QVGA offering 240 x 320 pixels resolutions as well as QWERT keypad. In addition there is 850MHz processor, 2 megapixel Camera , 4GB Internal Storage that can be expanded using external Micro SD Card. Kobian manufacturer Mercury unveils a new Android 4.0 based tablet with 9.7inch touchscreen display – “mTab Rio”. The new mTab is powered by strong 1.2GHz processor and fast 1GB DDR3 RAM. It also provides good storage capacity with 8GB built-in storage. Users can also expand it upto 32GB using external memory card.

Mercury mTab Rio is running on Android Ice Cream Sandwich and comes with preloaded Google apps including Gtalk, Maps, Google Plus, the new Google Drive and obviously the Google Play Store. For connectivity there is WiFi support, and 3G using USB Dongle. There is a 2MP rear camera as well with front facing VGA camera. The tablet allows usage for more than 6 hour with 3400 mAh battery.

UK based Allied Computers International has launched the cheapest laptopo of all time, priced at just Rs 4999/- As it is a bugedt laptop, obviously we cannot expect very high end configuration but still it is quite good. Icon 1100 is a 10.2Inch laptop offering 1024x768 pixel resolutions. Powered with VIA processor the cheapest laptop consists 512MB that can be upgraded upto 1 GB RAM. It has built in 4GB storage. Users can expand it upto 32GB. ICON 1100 also has a webcam, high quality HD audio and 3 USB ports.
